Weigh Day

Well, today was another weigh day. I thought for SURE I had gained. I haven't been writing down my points or excercising at all. I didn't even want to step on the scale today. Luckily I did because I ended up losing another .4 lbs today. Yeah...that may not sound like a lot to you, but when you're only 2 lbs away from your goal weight and all you lose every week is point this point that then .4 lbs is great! :) My goal this week coming up is to at least lose 1 full pound. We're going camping at the lake this weekend, so it will be hard to count points but I'm going to try my hardest. I'm also going to try to work out more. I think if I actually get into an excercise schedule these last couple pounds will come right off. It's just finding the time and energy to do it!!! Kristie and Amanda are my heros right now because they are getting up at 4am 4 days a week to walk together. You go girls!!!

Walking at 4am and GAINING weight! I swear to goodness this world is an evil, evil place!!
